Czech Rail, also known as CD is a comprehensive railway service provider that offers air-rail interlining and standalone bookings with AccesRail 9B/450 within the Czech Republic.

Each ticket is valid bi-directionally within 24 hours from departure. The Czech Republic Pass offers service to any destination offered by Czech Rail. It is valid for 24 hours in any direction.

Booking Classes
- F: First Class
Please note that we will only be offering First Class of service. Passengers can travel on both First and Second Class as some routes may not be served by First Class. The free meal (sandwiches) are only offered in Pendolino’s First Class.
Auto Cancellation of Booking
- If booking not ticketed 36 hours before departure, the booking will be auto cancelled.

PNR Booking
SSR CTCE
When issuing on 9B/450 plate please use “ SSR CTCE” format at the booking time in order to communicate PAX email address to 9B so that 9B could send an email 72 hours to departure reminding passenger about compulsory check-in on accesrail.com.
Refunds
- Before departure: 15% penalty until 24 hrs to departure
- Within 24 hours to departure and after Departure: non refundable
- For interline fares refunds will be applied according to fare rules.
Groups
- No group bookings allowed. Up to 99 passengers with unique names can be issued on the same PNR.
Check-in
Earliest 72 hours before train departure, the passenger will have to check-in at www.accesrail.com to print their CD boarding pass.

Passenger visits check-in.accesrail.com within 72 hours prior to departure.

Passenger enters his/her first and last name and one of the following: PNR Locator or; ticket number.

Passenger prints the travel document, which is required for boarding.

To best facilitate your journey, please visit the Prague Information Centre located at Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 of the Václav Havel Prague Airport.

Seat reservations
Free seat reservations are compulsory for high speed Pendolino trains. Please retrieve your seat reservation at the following locations:

Baggage policy
Baggage is included in the ticket price. While there is no limit on the amount of baggage you take on board, it should be kept in mind that there is limited space available on a train.
