Avanti West Coast offers standalone bookings with AccesRail 9B/450 allowing passengers to travel to/from London Heathrow Airport, London City Airport and Birmingham International Airport to many Avanti West Coast destinations throughout Britain. Whatever their destination, customers will enjoy a comfortable journey aboard Avanti West Coast’s Pendolino and Super Voyager high speed trains on the West Coast Mainline.

PNR Booking
SSR CTCE:
When issuing on 9B/450 plate please use “ SSR CTCE” format at the booking time in order to communicate PAX email address to 9B so that 9B could send an email 72 hours to departure reminding passenger about compulsory check-in on accesrail.com.
Refunds:
- Before departure: 15% penalty until 24 hrs to departure
- Within 24 hours to departure and after Departure: non refundable
- Requests for refunds must be initiated at the point of sale.
- For interline fares refunds will be applied according to fare rules.
Groups:
- No group bookings allowed. Up to 99 passengers with unique names can be issued on the same PNR.
Check-in
Earliest 72 hours before train departure, the passenger will have to check-in at www.accesrail.com to retrieve the Avanti West Coast ticket. A paper copy of the ticket or mobile version must be present to board the train. At time of booking, please inform the passenger to keep the PNR locator or e-ticket number handy to facilitate check-in.

Travel documents
At the time of purchase the travel agent issues the e-ticket and receives the ticket pickup number via Special Service Request (SSR). To retrieve their actual travel document, passengers must check-in prior to boarding the train. View sample travel documents.

Airport Transfers
London Heathrow Airport
Passengers will travel on the London Underground between London Euston and London Heathrow Airport.
Passengers must enter their ticket collection reference number (found on page 2 of their Avanti Rail Ticket) into any National Rail ticket vending machine to retrieve their ticket to travel on the Underground. A credit card will be needed to activate the machine but no charges will be applied to the card.

Heathrow Terminal 2 and 3 – Opposite the Heathrow Express Ticket desk in the Central Terminal area – this is after you enter the station and before the lifts to platform level.
Heathrow Terminal 4 – on the Arrivals level opposite the Heathrow Express Ticket desk.
Heathrow Terminal 5 – to the left of the ticket desk on “Arrivals” level. Another at platform level which is opposite from the lift exit.
Once you have received your ticket, please follow the signs to the Underground and take the Piccadilly Line (direction Cockfosters) and disembark at Green Park. Switch to the Victoria line (direction Walthamstow Central) and get off at Euston Underground station.
London City Airport
Passengers will travel on the London Underground between London Euston and London City Airport.
Passengers must enter their ticket collection reference number (found on page 2 of their Avanti Rail Ticket) into any National Rail ticket vending machine to retrieve their ticket to travel on the Underground or Docklands Light Railway. A credit card will be needed to activate the machine but no charges will be applied to the card.
For passengers arriving at London City Airport, the Docklands Light Railway (DLR) station is situated to the west side of London City Airport. Vending machines are located near the entrance
Passengers should take the DLR to Bank Tube station. From Bank, take the Northern Line (direction High Barnet or Edgware) to Euston station.
Birmingham Airport
There is a FREE Air-Rail Link monorail between Birmingham Airport and Birmingham International Train Station that operates between 05:15 and 02:00 daily and takes approximately 2 minutes.

SPECIFIC e-TICKET CONDITIONS:
Your travel document must be retained and available for inspection during your journey. The ticket must be clearly printed on plain, clean, white paper. Problems with printing will not be the responsibility of Avanti West Coast. The ticket is for the named passenger only and is not transferable or for resale.
Proof of ID will need to be carried along with the ticket during your entire journey.
FAQ
What if the passenger misses their train connection?
The ticket is valid for the specific service listed and in the event of disruption or delay it will be accepted on the next available service, subject to availability. Customers may not travel on an earlier service than the booked rail service.
